PHOTOSHOOT ITINERARY
DAY 1 – OUTFIT SELECTION & FITTING
The day before the shoot | Estimated duration: 45–60 minutes
Please visit the fitting location in Da Lat at the appointment time arranged by our team.
- Bride: Try on and select 01 wedding dress that suits your figure and preferred photography style.
- Groom: Try on and select 01 suit that complements the bride’s dress.
- Our team: Check the fit, assist with outfit selection, and discuss your preferred makeup and hairstyle.
- Coordinator: Confirm the makeup location, pickup time, shooting location, and contact details.
Your selected outfits will be prepared according to the agreed handover arrangements, ready for the following morning.
DAY 2 – MAKEUP & PHOTOSHOOT

| 5:00–5:30 AM | Transfer to the shooting location | The vehicle picks you up at the makeup location. Your coordinator assists you, while the photography assistant helps with outfits and equipment. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. |
| 5:30–5:45 AM | Preparation at the location | Our team guides you from the drop-off point to the shooting area and adjusts your outfits. The photographer checks the lighting, takes test shots, and explains basic poses. |
| 5:45–6:15 AM | Couple portraits with the scenery | Capture wide scenic shots and natural moments, such as holding hands, walking together, standing side by side, and sharing gentle interactions. |

SHOOTING LOCATION ARRANGEMENTS
The session takes place at 01 main location in Da Lat, with several photo spots within the same area to make the most of your photography time. The exact location will be agreed in advance based on your preferred style, accessibility, and weather conditions.
If you add a horse: Our team will coordinate its arrival at the confirmed location and time. Horse photography will take place within the shooting schedule above.
WHAT TO PREPARE
- Get an early night before your shoot.
- Bring shoes that match your outfits, plus comfortable flats or sandals for walking.
- Bring a warm jacket and any essential personal items.
- Be ready at the makeup location at 3:00 AM.
The planned schedule allows approximately 02 hours for makeup and outfit preparation, 30 minutes for the transfer to the location, and 01 hour 30 minutes for on-site preparation and photography. The order of shots may be adjusted according to lighting and weather conditions.
