Schedule: Outfit fitting in Ho Chi Minh City the day before, followed by a full-day experience in Phan Thiet the next day.

DAY 1 – OUTFIT FITTING IN HO CHI MINH CITY
Visit the fitting location at the scheduled time to select 01 coordinated outfit set for the couple. Our team will help check the fit and recommend outfits that complement your photography concept.
The coordinator will also speak privately with the proposing partner to confirm the floral design, proposal lettering, bouquet, timing, and cues, keeping the surprise discreet.
DAY 2 – PHAN THIET & SUNSET PROPOSAL

| 11:30–14:00 | Local lunch, rest & free time | Our team helps arrange a local meal. Afterwards, enjoy some private time together to relax and explore before the afternoon session. |
| 14:00–15:30 | Afternoon makeup & hairstyling refresh | Refresh your makeup, restyle your hair, and prepare your outfits for the sunset shoot. To preserve the surprise, this will be presented to the receiving partner as preparation for the next couple photography session. |
| While you relax and prepare | Secret proposal setup at Ke Ga | The setup team prepares the flowers, proposal lettering, bouquet, and agreed decorative details before your arrival. The coordinator stays in private contact with the proposing partner. |
| 15:30–16:30 | Transfer to Ke Ga | Your private vehicle takes you to Ke Ga for what is presented as a sunset couple photoshoot. If the confirmed location is on the island, a boat or canoe transfer will be arranged according to the agreed schedule. |
| 16:30–17:00 | Romantic walk & approach to the proposal spot | The photographer begins with natural couple portraits, then gently guides you towards the decorated area. The proposing partner follows the cues agreed upon with the coordinator. |
| 17:00–17:45 | Surprise proposal & sunset photography | Capture the proposal, bouquet presentation, and heartfelt reactions. Continue with romantic portraits featuring the floral setup, coastal scenery, and lighthouse in the evening light. |
| After the shoot | Wrap-up & transfer to the agreed drop-off point | The team removes the decorations. Your private vehicle takes you to your hotel in Phan Thiet or the drop-off point confirmed when booking. |

SCHEDULE & LOCATION NOTES
The proposal time will be adjusted to suit sunset on your chosen date. The decoration location at Ke Ga, boat arrangements if required, and final drop-off point must be confirmed before finalising the itinerary.
