DA LAT HORSE PRE-WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY ITINERARY
Package price: USD 545 (VND 14,987,000 per couple)
Program: 02 days — 01 day for outfit fitting and preparation, followed by 01 day for the photoshoot.
Photoshoot day schedule: 03:00–07:00, including makeup, hairstyling, dressing, transportation to the location, and photography.
DAY 1 | OUTFIT FITTING & PREPARATION
The appointment time will be arranged according to your arrival schedule in Da Lat.
- Our team will help the bride select and try on 01 wedding dress and the groom select and try on 01 suit.
- Check the fit and prepare accessories to complement the horse pre-wedding concept.
- Discuss your preferred photography style, makeup look, and hairstyle.
- Confirm the shooting location, pickup point, and schedule.
- Our team will prepare the outfits and equipment and coordinate with the horse handler before the shoot.
DAY 2 | HORSE PRE-WEDDING PHOTOSHOOT

| 03:00–05:00 | Makeup, hairstyling & dressing. The makeup artist will prepare the bride’s makeup and hair and style the groom’s hair. Our team will assist with dressing and final checks before departure. |
| 05:00–05:30 | Private transfer to the shooting location. The assistant will help carry the outfits, accessories, and equipment. |
| 05:30–05:45 | Meet the horse & begin the shoot. The horse handler will guide you on approaching, standing beside, and interacting with the horse. The photographer will introduce simple poses to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. |
| 05:45–06:45 | Pre-wedding photography with the horse. Capture couple portraits, individual bridal and groom portraits, and natural interactions with the horse against Da Lat’s scenery. Our team will assist with posing and adjust the dress, hair, and accessories, while the handler leads and positions the horse throughout the session. |
| 06:45–07:00 | Final photos & Reel footage. Capture any remaining shots, candid moments, and short video clips for your Reel. The photoshoot finishes at 07:00. |
After 07:00: Your private vehicle will take you back to the pickup point. The return journey is outside the schedule above.
SUPPORT DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT
- Photographer: Guides your expressions, poses, and interactions for natural photographs.
- Photography assistant: Helps adjust the dress, outfits, accessories, and poses.
- English-speaking coordinator: Assists with communication and keeps the session organized.
- Horse handler: Helps you become comfortable with the horse, leads it, and positions it for photographs. Mounted poses will follow the handler’s guidance and assessment on the day.

- Additional horse: Add another horse to your photoshoot, subject to availability.
- Professional videography: Add a professional videographer to capture your pre-wedding session and create an edited wedding film.
Add-on prices will be quoted separately based on your requirements and confirmed before booking.
Please note: The 03:00–07:00 schedule allows approximately 01 hour and 30 minutes for photography. Timing and shooting arrangements may be adjusted according to the light, weather, and conditions at the location.
