DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1 | OUTFIT FITTING & CONCEPT PREPARATION
The appointment time will be arranged according to your arrival schedule in Da Lat.
- Our team will assist with selecting and trying on 02 outfit sets for the couple.
- Check the fit and prepare accessories for each look.
- Discuss your preferred photography style, makeup, hairstyles, and video concept.
- Prepare a moodboard and provide styling guidance.
- Confirm the shooting locations, pickup point, and schedule.
- Our team will prepare equipment and coordinate with the horse handlers before the shoot.
DAY 2 | LUXURY PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO EXPERIENCE

| 05:30–06:00 | Meet the horses & begin photography and filming. The handlers help you become comfortable with the horses. Our team guides your poses and movements while capturing the opening photographs and video footage. |
| 06:00–07:30 | Main horse photography & filming session. Capture romantic couple portraits, individual portraits, and cinematic interactions with 02 horses in Da Lat’s natural scenery. Assistants help adjust outfits and poses, while the handlers lead and position the horses. |
| 07:30–08:00 | Short break & makeup touch-up. Refresh your makeup and hair and prepare for the second look. The horse session finishes by 07:30, within the included maximum of 02 hours. |
| 08:00–08:30 | Second outfit change & transfer if required. Our team assists with changing outfits and travels with you to the next agreed shooting spot. |
| 08:30–10:30 | Second concept — photography & cinematic filming. Capture a different look with couple portraits, walking sequences, close-up details, and natural moments. Full posing and creative direction are provided throughout. |
| 10:30–11:00 | Short break & styling adjustments. Makeup touch-up, hair and outfit checks, and preparation for the final session. |
| 11:00–12:30 | Additional portraits & video sequences. Complete the planned scenes for your cinematic video and short highlight, with time for repeated takes and varied camera angles. |
| 12:30–13:00 | Final shots & wrap-up. Capture any remaining photographs, Reel footage, and behind-the-scenes moments. Photography and filming finish at 13:00. |
After 13:00: Your private vehicle will take you back to the agreed drop-off point. The return journey is outside the schedule above.
SUPPORT DURING THE SHOOT
- Lead photographer: Directs your poses, expressions, and the overall photography concept.
- Video filming team: Guides movements and captures the planned cinematic scenes.
- Photography / lighting assistant: Assists with lighting, equipment, outfits, and posing adjustments.
- Makeup artist: Provides makeup touch-ups during the shoot.
- English-speaking coordinator: Supports communication and organizes the schedule.
- Horse handlers: Help you interact with the horses, lead them, and position them for photography and filming. Mounted poses follow the handlers’ guidance and assessment on the day.
Please note: The 03:00–13:00 program includes preparation, travel, breaks, outfit changes, photography, and filming. Horse photography and filming are limited to the included 02-hour horse session. Timing may be adjusted according to the weather, light, and conditions at the agreed locations.
